It is the purpose of a Life Coach to help clients set goals, move forward, set action plans, keep clients accountable, and offer support. COUPLES COUNSELING: There's no getting around the fact that our relationships are the cornerstone of our mental & emotional health. Even when 2 people show up with the best of intentions, they also require practice & skill. A couples counselor can help update your toolkit to navigate challenges, or address old issues that haven't been resolved. Couples therapy can help get struggling relationships

HEMET PRICING:
$90. > 1 hour
$135. > 1.5 hours
$180. > 2 hours
* I take Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, PayPal. (Sorry, No Zelle. No Checks. No Insurance.)
* There will be a 4% processing fee for credit cards.
* Group/Family (3 or more people) counseling pricing will vary. Please ask about this pricing.
AURA WELLNESS SPA
Ask me about "AURA Wellness Spa" for additional treatment as an adjunct to your mental health program.

T.R.E. & breathwork
$120 per 60 minutes. Private instruction at my home studio. 1-2 people maximum.

$80. per hour for phone counseling (no video). Or, $90. per hour for Facetime sessions. Contact me to set up a scheduled time.
Texting or email counseling
$25. - up to about 30 minutes of back and forth text contact. Pick as many days as you would like. Contact me for more details about this process.
